Good ideas
deserve
a shared picture.

You discuss the project. Metanoya helps you connect the dots on a shared canvas — and keep the conversation in focus.

A canvas helps the conversation move forward and gives the team a shared point of reference.

  1. 01

    Invite the assistant

Create a meeting in the app and invite the bot to Google Meet. The organizer admits it to the call.

  2. 02

    Build a shared picture

Open the canvas, discuss the project, and refine the diagram by voice. Participants can work on the board together.

  3. 03

    Come back to the context

Pick up from the saved board when the discussion resumes, with the project context already in place.

04 / CLEAR BOUNDARIES

Your team’s conversation.
Your team’s data.

Before using the assistant in work conversations, understand what data it receives and how that data is processed.

Access by team

The app has administrators and members. Meetings, boards, recordings, and access settings are separated by team.

Speech and context processing

The assistant processes meeting audio and, when the relevant features are used, shared screens. What it processes depends on the meeting settings.

Selected models

Some processing may use external model providers. Ask your administrator about the providers, data retention, and deletion policies for your deployment.

A FEW MORE QUESTIONS

Before your first call.

Which meeting platform is supported?

The current focus is Google Meet. Zoom and Microsoft Teams integrations are deferred.

Does the assistant need a Google account?

The bot joins with a fresh browser profile and no Google account. The organizer creates the meeting and admits the bot; admission depends on the Meet settings.

Is this a recording of a real call?

This page shows a prepared illustration using fictional data. It explains the product concept; it is not a recording or a test of a live call.

Can I start using it right away?

The product is evolving. Ask your team administrator about access and available features. Open self-service registration is not currently offered.
